A green field project to manufacture Tetanus Toxoid Vaccine complying with Indian and British Pharmacopoeia standards in both mono & multi dose vials presentation.

The company has acquired 8000 sq mts of land in phase III of Genome Valley near Hyderabad, India. Genome Valley is a dedicated BioTech Park housing some renowned Biotech companies. The infrastructure is built with a capacity of 40 million doses per annum with an investment of about Rs.120 Crores, conforming to the latest GMP standards. Bulk Tetanus Toxoid and Formulation/Fill is established in two separate blocks.

An integrated quality control facility comprising of Wet lab, Instrumentation lab, Stability Chambers, Microbiology lab and Animal lab is established. The unit have all the necessary utilities like DM Water, RO Water, Distilled Water, Plant Steam, Pure Steam, Compressed air, Air conditioning & Air Handling units and Backup power. The critical equipment includes Fermenters, TFF Filtration Systems, Autoclaves, Dry Heat Sterilisers, CIP/SIP Systems, Centrifuge, Fully Automatic Aseptic Vial Filling Line, Formulation Vessels etc.

The company has established cGMP Test Facility to produce test batches of Tetanus Toxoid and other vaccines. The test facility is approved by the State and Central Drug Control Authority. The company has obtained permission from the authorities and successfully conducted Phase 1, 2 & 3 Clinical Trials.

The company is in the process of developing Diphtheria and Pertussis vaccines to be used in Td, Dt and DPT Vaccines.
